For ten years I have worked to give Nepalese young people vital competencies needed to succeed in the modern job market. I have trained more than 30,000 students through multiple training events conducted across over 400 schools and colleges in the country by focusing on personal branding and skills development.
The Need for Personal Branding in Nepal
Since ancient times schools have placed exclusive focus on high grades as opposed to individual student uniqueness. Modern Nepalese students need more than excellent academic results because their job search environment demonstrates considerable competition with limited opportunities. Students require a clear expression of their special characteristics that includes identifying their personality attributes and mission principles along with their distinguishing qualities.
People must develop their distinct online and offline identity by expressing their core abilities while aligning it with their personal beliefs and aspirations and core values.
